Zero Amount on Auto PO with catalog contract source

Hi Experts,

need some urgent help here.

we're implementing SRM7.0 enhp3 with MDM catalog3.0.

problem is, when I choose an item from catalog associated with a valid SRM contract, shown below

the Shopping cart gets the correct amount but the auto PO being generated upon ordring has zero amount, thus being put in SAVED status.

Contract reference from catalog line item as source of supply

we did some initial debugging and we came up with the conclusion that this happens when the price_origin field in line item data has value 'F'  - "automatic determination".

Any input/related info is greatly appreciated.

Could you please try with implementing note 2045195 - Several issues with Contract reference getting lost in PO, SC and Sourcing Cockpit ?

Hello Dex,

did you map the catalog item with contract in catalog item table ?

i am not aware EHP3 behavior but catalogitem must be mapped to contract via SRM-MDM import manager to update the catalog item item table.

the above one is basic check and catalog item price and contract price is same.

Hi Muthu, we mapped item price to contract price now in OCI.

can you share a sample screenshot of an item data in mdm catalog?
as you can see in the screenshot above, there are two prices shown -one from price info, the other from catalog price.

is that correct set up in MDM?

im thinking there should only  be one, which is that associated to a contract.
