No rating-EWA Report

Hello,

EWA report no rating, can some one advice on this? (EWA report attached)

also I'm getting 2 EWA reports for same system.

I am appreciate very much supporting on this.

Hi Sisila,

If you read the first few lines of the first report, you will see that you have not run RTCCTOOL. Please do that and follow the instructions.

Also read the second report which will tell you what you need to confgure.  Otherwise attach the two reports and we can take a better look.
