Hello,
It seems that you are trying the Preview with PDF preview.
The PDF Preview is using webserver associated with R3 system so,
if you try to start preview from outside the intranet - the domain name
can't be resolved.
So I think the issue should be gone if you switch it to standard preview by Goto-> Standard Preview,
you can also change the default preview setting by Extras-> Save Settings.
