So, and the answer is... Like, if it was helpful.
1. Start transaction SM30 and open view V_TCNS_MAPP_CUST in maintain mode.
2. Uncheck the checkbox "Registered Recipient" for the entry with Appl.ID = "BP" and ExpObjType = "FSBPP" (BP data changes)
3. Uncheck the checkbox "Registered Recipient" for the entry with Appl.ID = "BP" and ExpObjType = "FSBPR" (BP relationship changes)
4. Save these changes.
Now the creation of new Change Pointers for BP changes is not longer active. To delete the existing change pointer
and the corresponding image data in table FSBP_CNS_IMAGE please use the report CNS_CP_DELETE or CNS_CP_DELETE_MULT
with the Application ID = "BP" and Export Object Type = "FSBPP" / "FSBPR". Please also read the documention of report CNS_CP_DELETE
available via the info button after starting in SE38. For details of report CNS_CP_DELETE_MULT please read attached note 1734617.
As an addional info on this topic:
In table CNS_RECV_STAT_P you can find all change pointers which have been processed already.
In table CNS_RECV_STATUS you can find all change pointers which have not been processed yet or
which could not be processed successfully. See the status field here.
So it makes sense to have a deeper look at these tables to check the settings of the CNS to make sure
that you only create change pointer you really need.
Also we recommend to execute report CNS_CP_DELTE regularly (planned batch job) to delete the
successfully processed change pointer to save database space.
