Hi All,

I need to set time relevent to priority.

because default it is taking 3 days from current for any priority.

Please let me know proc step by step.

Points will be rewarded for sure.

Hey prakhar,

Its not possible to set time according to priority.

These time usually comes from date profile. And there is no option of including Priority with date profile..

Please Refer my thread titled "SLA for Support Message". Thats the only standard way of Associating priority with date profile.

It deals with item details and configring Availablity and reaction schema..
