iview not visible on portal

Hi all,

I'm using SAP enterprise portal NW 7.0 EHP2 on top of which I have business package for tax officer installed. From this business package, there's a standard role which I've assigned to a user. However, the user is not able to see the corresponding view:

When I assign same role to Administrator, the iview is visible:

Is there some permissions or authorizations that are causing this? Pls advise.

hi all,

indeed the issue was related to permission. The system object needs to have 'everyone' permission and the issue gets resolved.
