Hi,
My Client using SRM 7-PPS-BRF Standard Workflows.
The RFx was approved by user XXX (through Add Approver). However, the system is not showing the record and shows ‘Automatic Approval’ which is not desired.
pleas guide e how to resolve this issue..... iam attaching the screenshot for the reference...

What is your SRM version?
I replicated your issue in a 702 system using shopping cart instead of RFx ( the site I am at does not use RFx) . The cart was set to automatic approval before I added an approver and ordered. it was then approved by the added approver. The preview correctly shows the approval by the added approver. I suggest that you check the workflow log for the RFx and verify that it was indeed approved by the added approver. If it is, you may want to open a service message.

looks like a bug. Have you contacted SAP for that?
Which Workflow do you use? I mean Schema.
Could you please provide screenshots from /SAPSRM/WF_PROCESS.
