Push scenario on Inventory Manager 4.0 (WHM1.0)

Hi

We want to configure the push scenario for the exchange object SWHM10_PURCHASE_ORDER but is not working. At the technical settings, we checked the active flag and at the push settings we set this scenario as push relevant. We also assign the EFI object /SYCLO/MM_EFI_EBELN_EX_INCL to exchange object mentioned. Then we created a push scenario definition for our exchange object  as you can see on the attached image.

With this configuration we managed to fill the exchange table if we have changed any field of the a purchase order and this register a record on the log ( /syclo/admin - push instance). Then we run a program for the execution of the push and the status records change to completed but the device is not getting the updates. What might be wrong???

Hi Mariana,

Please note the following things are in place before to work on push.

1. There should be at least one subscriber for the push instance created in the monitoring portal.

2. The out bound trigger port is pointed to the correct port as maintained in Agentry.ini file.

3. Make sure the port is available.

4.Please make sure the same port is accessible from the SAP system(Telnet the port from SAP system).

5.When you create the push instance please make sure the device is on-line.

6.When you create the push instance please check whether SMP/Agentry server gets any hit or not.

hi!,

At the end I could not enable push scenarios because the the clases for standard MDO on SAPIM / SAPWHM Agentry app, where not  released on this versión. Either I have to créate the classes or wait until they release them.... But thank you anyway...
