Cost element search screen not opening up

Hello Experts,

The cost element search screen is not opening up. Whenver we try to open it , a spinning wheel comes up and it looks like it is stuck. We are using webdynpro application MDGF_OVP_GEN and application configuration MDGF_0G_OVP_CELEM. Please help

No we are using the normal entity search application with database search mode.
