Shortcut key for buttons on Inventory Manager 4.0

Hi,

I want to active the shortcut key for a menu button on Inventory Manager 4.0 (warehouse mgr 1.0). I have checked the shortcut option use on the button definition (see attachment), but when i test it on a phisycal device, the shortcut key is not working. What might be wrong?

What type of device are you using?

Can you try in the ATE?

Hi,

the devices is a PDT Motorola MC9190 with OS Windows Embedded Handheld  6.5.

No I can't try with ATE because is not working for me ... the program kept in a no responding state when I try to launch it as a WMobile OS device.

I have checked the PAM, and the device is listed as an approved device to work with agentry.

Anyone???? the shortcut is not working although is set on the definition....

I'm going to close this thread assuming there is not support for shortcut keys on agentry 7 with windows mobile OS....(physical device)
