Choose correct payment term in srm contract

Hi experts,

we have srm7.0 ehp3 implementing contract management.

issue is system's asking of payment terms even if data is already entered.

I have found related notes on this but they were not applicable.

appreciate any additional  help/input on this.

run the custom report given by sap
