Incorrect "Trns.plan.stat" in delivery (Trns.plan.stat is blank even though route is there)

Hello All,

We are facing bit weird problem, during delivery creation "Trns.plan.stat" status is blank even though there is route in the delivery.

This is happening randomly (couldnt find any similarity).

Trns.plan.stat = "Blank" Route = "ROUTE". but when we go into change mode of delivery system is directly proposing Trns.plan.stat = A.

and also we observed that VBUK table not updated for these deliveries.

we checked below details

1. Delivery type - is relevant for transportation

2. Route determination is maintained

3. Route  - is relevant for transportation

4. No shipping blocking reason

Any suggestions / clues.
