Hi Maxim,

You can create portfolio types using the IMG configuration tcode - SPRO and then follow the below path to create the same.

SPRO-->SAP Portfolio and Project Management--Portfolio Management-->Global Customizing-->Portfolio-Dependent Settings-->Define Portfolio Types.
