Fiori My Timesheet error "Could not start the app due to an internal error"

Hi Expert,

Initially, the My Timesheet tile is working in UIX01HCM SP04 and SRA002 SP05 except failed to update data into HCM system (throw exception). Then we upgrade it to SRA002 SP06, but the system become even worst where it shows error message "Could not start the app due to an internal error" when I click on the My Timesheet tile. Anyone can advise? Thanks.

Hi Swee-Tiong Ng,

The problem is because you have created a duplicate catalog with ID *SD_BC_Manager_X1 and used the same semantic object and action.

First of all you should not put the employee app in manager catalog.

Second use a different action on the semantic object for your zcatalog.

Please check whether your SICF service "HCM_TS_CRE" is active or not.

Hi Masa,

We already implemented all the Note stated in the link http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-59012 except 2070014 - FLP: Semantic Object Action Length adjustment where our basis guy said the screen is grey off and he was not allowed to change field length. The below screen can see our system already upgraded to version 1.24.3. Anything else we need to implement/patch? Thanks.
