Error in phase SHADOW_IMPORT_UPG2

Hello,

I am getting a error when in phase SHADOW_IMPORT_UPG2 of the upgrade.

Upgrading from SolMan 3.1 to 4.0 on HP-UX and Oracle 10g.

It happens during the import of SAPK700TE09.

Any idea how I can resolve this issue?

(I had a look at old simliar forum postings but it refered to a different table and package than the one below)

Hello Adriaan,

This seems to be a known error. Note 1013807 has the detailed desrciption of the problem.

The main problem here is during the Prepare phase bind_patch, please do not include support pacakge 11 as the highest for BW,

You have 2 choices:

1. reset the whole upgrade and redefine the support pacakge level;

2. change the system table to cheat the R3trans that the table RSPLPPM_SS exists.

For the second option, you will need to open an OSS message. Since this has to be checked by SAP support first.
