Hello everybody,
looking for your advice,
in fact, all Our SAP systems installed into windows 2008 SP1, and we need to install the security patches, to ensure that they are up-to-date.
Just wondering, if there is any potential impact to the SAP system when doing so, and what is the best practise to follow when installing any Microsoft patches to SAP servers.
Best Regards,
hi,
please see SAP-Note 30478
From our (SAP's) point of view it is important to install both: SPs and security fixes. We are handling a quite big number of customer message just because they are not running a current SP.
Kind regards
Peter
