SAP APO PPDS

Hi

One of my customer wants to implement ths SAP APO PPDS. I want the below clarification:

1. Is it required to do the seperate sizing for SAP APO PPDS ?  Please share the link .

2. Is SAP APO PPDS a component of SAP APO system ?

3. Can we implement the SAP APO PPDS with SAP ERP latest version ( > EHP7)

I want the some more clarification on question number 3.

1. Can we eanble the PPDS functionality in ECC 6.0 EHP7 ?  If yes then what would be extra load on CPU/Memory/Disk of ECC system...

Please note that SAP APO system will not get  implemented now.

2. could please also share the document on SAP MII sizing ?

Kind of depends upon what you mean.  When most people talk about 'APO', they are talking about the APO product that is a subset of the 'SCM Server' suite of functionalities.  SAP now also provides selected APO functionality as an Add-on to ECC; and this Add-on is also called APO.  Within this Add-on,  PP/DS is available.  This Add-on can be implemented against ECC 6 EH7.

If yes then what would be extra load on CPU/Memory/Disk of ECC system.

Refer back to the Quicksizer link already provided by expert Anil, which will give you an estimated hardware load.
