TO creation and status changes

Hi Experts,

I need to know few things regarding SAP WM Transfer orders:

1.Is it possible to create a TO with reference to another TO and how ?

  I need to cancel a open TO and create another new TO with modified details (destination storage type) ,and dont want to free the stock by doing  cancellation and creation of new TO in custom logic.  Any ideas pls .

2.we have a requirement to send TO details (material , qty, source , desination SU number etc.) to third party software and depending upon different stages, need to update TO.So is it possible to add a list of status / add any free text field etc. so that all information could be stored in TO only .

1. You can not create transfer order with reference to another one. It is standard SAP. It is not possible not to free the stock by cancelling the transfer order.

2. You can use IDOCs to send transfer order details while creation,cancellation and confirmation steps of the transfer order via different message types.
