My Purchasing Document Items app mapping

HI,

We are working on the My Purchasing Document Items fiori app configurations. Currently, when a user logs in, he is able to see all the purchasing document items, irrespective of the ones which he has raised.

Could anyone please help us with the information as to where this mapping can be maintained which will show purchasing document items only related to that particular user.

Hi Pratichi,

I think the app for purchasing agents. Each purchasing agents has own responsibility area by combination of plant, purchasing group and material group. In that case, filter option is the best.

Could you share your business scenario? Who are going to use the app?

Thank you for your response.

Yes, I understand that the filter option provided in the UI for the app is a possible way to narrow down the search. However, we want to understand if this availability of purchasing group and material can be controlled from the R/3 itself for the purchasing agent.
