Budget almost exhausted

I do not get the message on e-mail/SAP inbox about the budget almost exhausted on Project. Can you please advice what should be checked?

it is posible to check that this was done? it is possible to track messages sent based on project number? in my case there are more cost than budget, but this can be caused by the fact that people could remove avac. now it is set. also it is possible that cost element settlement is checking also the budget, therefore is equaling it?

Hi,

Please check the Person Responsible maintained in WBS Master data also the USER ID maintained against that Person Responsible in Transaction OPS6.

Hi, i think this is Project System Scenario, go to CJEO t-code, give the controlling area,double click on ur company report for budget details, the ur project will open(ie-xx/yyyy). expant ur project & u will check the exhausted budget regards kumar
