Field activation in Scheduling Agreement

Dear Gurus

This requirement has come for activating the tabs of "FORECAST DELIVERY SCHEDULE" & "JIT DELIVERY SCHEDULE"   at item level with tab icons at main screen and subsequent functions of updating and posting in the T Codes: VA31, 32 & 33.

Please guide how to do it in details if you can.
