FF ID Owner can assign FF ID to any user which he does not own

Hello,

Is there a feature in GRC 5.3 that we can restrict a Firefighter ID owner from assigning other FF ID's that he /she does not own?

We are on SP21

Hi Mithuna,

Use Configuration Parameter - Firefighter Owner Additional Authorization - In GRC 5.3

Each Firefighter ID has a designated Owner. When the Firefighter Owner Additional

Authorization option is set to YES, only the designated owner of a Firefighter ID has the

authorizations required to view and to assign that Firefighter ID.

When this option is set to NO, additional authorizations are not required, and therefore

any owner can view and assign a Firefighter ID, whether or not they own that Firefighter

ID.
