Multiple contract reservation for the same customer

A customer has 2 contracts created with different quantities (VA41 ) say 10 and 15.

So now for the customer 25 is reserved.

Then a sales order is created with a quantity of 20 the reserved quantity is not used from the second contract.

Only the first is used.

How can we make sure that the second contract  quantity is also used.

Also the document flow only shows the first contract.

Is it possible. Please help.

Hi,

While creating sales order you need to refer both the contracts. That means you need to create two lines, one line item referring from first contract(with qty as 10) and second line from secon contract(qty 10)...

If you do this then you will be able to see both contract numbers in the document flow..
