Hi Shwetank,

You can access then using transaction DSWP or from the workcenter.

Run Transaction Code – Solman_Workcenter

Navigate > System Monitoring > Reports >Report Views (Left Hand Pane) >SAP EarlyWatch Alert and from here highlight the system > Click the Solution Link which will re-direct you to a ABAP session from where you can download the report.
