Hi,

There is no such limit. You can upload a file equal to your quota in system.

Hi,

there is a max file size limit which can be configured for each server. For our cloud installations the limit is set to 10GB. For onPremise installations the administrator can maintain this setting in the admin UI. The default is 4GB per file.

Best regards

Ashwani & Alex,

does this mean that sap mobile docs can be used for sharing large video files (+/- 2 GB for one file) and that it is also intented to be used for that?

thanks

Hi,

Until uploading the file will not exceed quota for user, the file upload will succeed.

There is no limit for file size except that it can't be more then quota of user.

From SP4, quota can be enforced on onPremise system also for a User.

Again, there IS a max file size and it is configured by Mobile Docs administrators.

For cloud accounts the limit is 10 GB, for On Premise installations you can adapt the max file size in the general settings. See documentation here:

Configuring the General Settings - SAP Mobile Documents - SAP Library

Please be aware that there is also a max file size on the ICM, which have to change. See documentation here:

Enabling File Sizes Over 100 MB - SAP Mobile Documents - SAP Library
