Direct link to Incident Management change ticket (Normal Change)

Hello,

It is possible to open Normal Change/Urgent Change directly with an URL ?

For example, I have a Normal Change 42798, I would like to go directly in Solution Manager Incident Management for this normal change

with an URL.

I know the GUID on my change and it is possible to open the change by this URL

http://solman:port/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-language=E&sap-client=001&~transaction=DSWP_SAPSHOR...GUID&pvariant=&

The change is correctly showed but the problem is Transaction Monitor - Service Processes window is still open.

It is possible to hide or close the window ?

Or if you have an easier solution, can you share with me ?
