Hello @All,
is it possible to use the Solution Manager as a CRM system? All CRM functions are available but is it allowed?
Have anybody some practical knowledge?

In order to use the CRM functionality you need to have the CRM components depployed on the system (Eg: BBPCRM, CRMPCD01, etc). The system should be installed as CRM system.

I have no idea about whether it is allowed or not, but you won't have every functionality that you normally have in CRM. I don't think there are leads and opportunities in Solman for instance.
So that leaves messages/complaints.
Interesting question though.

No, you cannot use Solution Manager as a CRM system.
It would have licensing issues and not a SAP supported way of handling Solution Manager.
