Dump while clicking on window in WebDynpro ABAP

Hi Group,

I am facing an issue when I am clicking on window in webdynpro component as refer to the screen shot and this is IDES 6 ehp 5

Earlier I was not facing this dump but for some time I am getting this

Now as per the dump the Jnet Active X is missing so :

I checked and while installing the sap gui 7.20 version I have seleceted the Jnet to be installed .

Still I got this error then I installed sap gui 7.30 version but still I am getting the dump .

Alternatively when I am accessing the other server for webdynpro I am not getting this dump .

Please let me know if any suggestion are available .

Guys,

This could be problem with the GUI ask your Basis guy to reinstall the GUi that would fix the issue.

Go to Source Code Extract to get more details on the issue .

If you have some similar app working and not this one then you can compare the run time contents of object  in both working and non-working condition for clue as which component is throwing this error

From screenshot, it looks like the dump occurred on 23.11.2013, is this old snap shot?
