Is Login with Multiple users Possible?

Hello Experts,

I've been testing my application with just one user and I can register and loggin successfully.

Now that I'm in the final stage of development I tried to login with different users within the same registration and I got errors.

When I delete the application connection and register with other than the first user I can register.

But if I tried to loggin again with the first user I get the same error.

To successfully register and loggin with other users I need to delete the application connection.

After facing this issue my questions are:

• Does SUP Allows registration and login to multiple users for one device without deleting application connection?
• Do you guys know documentation that confirms that its not possible?

Error displayed on device

• Message = "Error: 1101 Message: 'monet:DeviceManagement.dll:DeviceManagement:AddDeviceRegistration'"

Environment Features

• SUP Version:  2.1.3
• Backend: SAP

Hi Laguerta,

You can't login to an app installed in a device which is already registered with SUP with a different user.

Yes, per SAP only one user id per device is recommended.
