SRM 4.0-- Blank Page displayed without Errors through Web Browser

Hi All,

Can any one help me in the following ....

We are trying to give access through the Web Browser instead of Sap GUI.

we have started all the services through SICF.

when we tried test service through WEB GUI it is showing a blank page.

It is not giving any errors on the page.

there is no problem in the URL..

Can any one help me by giving option of errors and where to check.....

You get blank page for the logon page or after logging ?

If after logging, please check also that you have mass generated roles through PFCG and that your user did inherit standard composite roles.

Also please check your user through users_gen transaction

Hi Yann,

I am getting the blank screen before the log on.

I couldnot see the logon screen, just it is diaplaying the blank instead of asking the user id and password.

Please try to help me in this issue.....

Yes I have checked the Table.

Can you let me know what all i have to check in TWPURLSVR table.

We have another two system also they are ERP and BW systems. they are working fine. there we are able to see the logon screen through web browser.

In the same way we have configured the SRM system also.

are there any special configuration for srm 4.0.

How to replicate this error ? What are the steps you are doing ?

By any chance have you noticed any errors in ST22, RZ20, RZ10, SLG1 Trnasactions. ?

Have you enabled the monitors in SRM system ? Use the reports to activate the monitoring ->
