What Authorizations are required for SEGW

I'm trying to creating a project in our development system and get a message that I do not have the authorization.

Also, I cannot see any of the existing projects - in this case no error is given.

What authorizations/roles do I need to be view and create new projects?

Note: Assign a standard SAP user role with the authorization S_RFCACL to all users in SAP NetWeaver Gateway, as well as in all connected SAP systems.

Ask your basis to copy roles from template /IWBEP/RT_MGW_DEV.
