Hi,
We are getting the error " service cannot be reached" when clicking on the reports navigation tab preview section for business process monitoring.This seems sporadic. We suspect its pointing to a particular server & its an issue related to system load. Where do we check on the bw/bex service if its calling the load balanced url? Please assist.

Please check whether relevant service is active or not via T-CD SICF.
To check, go to SICF and press execute button.
Then you need to open the following hierarchy.
default_host>sap>bw/BEx
if the note is not active (grey), activate the BEx by doing right click.
