Update email address in my SCN account

Hello

I want to update my email address linked to my S000... SAP id.

I modified my personal details but then it requires to click a confirmation link in a message sent to the former email account.

The problem is that it is a professional email address of my previous job and it has been disabled since I left the company.

Nobody can access this email box anymore.

Have you tried to update it from SMP ?

I just updated my e-mail address from SMP and it has been updated successfully. S-Users can be easily managed from the above link.

Indeed I could update my email address from SMP, which was the most urgent for me.

But the company cannot be changed from there so I will write an email to sapnetwork@sap.com to update this part.

You have an S ID registered via your company, a partner of SAP.  You cannot change the eMail address yourself and must contact your companies administrator for SAP accounts or sapnetwork@sap.com
