Need to know how can we get option of multiple selection in GRC 10 to select mass number of roles while creating access request.

Hello,

We have implemented GRC 10 newly, and are still working on Model user option. In the mean while, we are manually extacting the roles of model user from SAP and entering one by one under add roles during access request creation. Its very time consuming to add mass roles, need to know how can we get option of multiple selection in GRC 10 to select mass number of roles while creating access request.

Hi,

During access request creation if the roles are properly mapped with Business Process, Sub Process and any other role attribute according to your environment, you should be able to fetch roles based on them.

If you want to select, for example 10 roles and none of them have any common attribute, then you need to manually select by searching for the roles with Wild characters

But if you enable Model User in your environment, then this will become very easy as you can add all roles at once without any issue.
