Hi Praveen,

As per the screen shot which I believe that you are uing windows 7 and your OS is on 64 bit.  Better down the software 64bit and then try to install. Check the you OS using goto run--> dxdiag.

Thanks,

Brindavan

Hello Praveen,

Can you attach the logfiles here in the reply?

I'll take a look at them.

Hello Praveen,

Take a look at the install logs and look for anything starting with 1E (add the space after the E

in the install logs.

You are probably missing the prerequisites for the Jnet

Check the installation guide which refers to note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1013957

Hello Praveen,

at a quick glance :

1-Please check once again your Java version. You can get the actual value from cmd with command "java -version".

2-For the second screenshot: Firstly complete this 7.40 Installation. Then you'll be able to install this

"JNet/JGantt" application.

3-Check your MS Office Installations. You should have made a reboot maybe.
