Hello Praveen,

there is no such note, CCMS is a very big area, for CCMS there are 2 trainings courses. What exactly do you need to know about RZ20? In RZ20 there are 2 important structures:

RZ20 --> SAP CCMS Monitor Templates

this structure provides templates needed to monitor operation of the SAP system

and

RZ20 --> SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors

this structure is for CCMS selfmonitoring, if CCMS is working correctly

CCMS is used in daily monitoring, right. i want to learn more about it. Via CCMS , can we monitor the whole system?

Hello Praveen,

yes, this section is needed for you as a basis system administrator. There these documents about CCMS infrastructure:

and probably you should check also possibilities with MAI - alerting infrastructure in Solution Manager. CCMS is one of the data providers for MAI. If you will use MAI it would be helpful to get basic knowledge about CCMS.

Yes. Basis version here used is 7.3 and kernel version is 721_EXT_REL
