Hi All,

Can any one share me the steps to create RFC(ECC) connection in Information Steward.

Steps for creating ECC connection in IS:

1. Login to CMC with admin credentials

2. On CMC home page, click on Information steward application

3. click on connections.

4. select the connection type as "Application connection"

then enter the below details.

Connection name: ECC

Description: ECC

Connection type: Application connection

Application type: SAP Application

Server name: enter the server name

User Id:

Password:

Click on test connection and save.

Thanks for the responce. Where do we give RFC connection details.I dont see RFC details mentinoed above.

On the same tab mentioned by Krishna above, there is 'Data transfer method*:' - choose RFC and then provide 'RFC destination:'
