Once after packing a material, the customer had not accepted the packing done.

How to do configuration settings for repacking process.

could any one guide in this aspect.

If possible step by step configuration steps.

Zakeer,

To the best of my knowledge once the goods has been dispatched to the customer site and if he feels that the packing is not upto his expectations, i feel we need to follow a returns process and then repeat the sales process with probably a changed packing instruction.

I am assuming a flowthrough sceanrio where the customer is selling the goods along with your packing.

Any other replies would be informative for me n all.
