Default Folder in Attachement tab

Hi all,

I need to default the Folder names in Attachement Tab in my Change doc in Sap Solman 7.1 WebUi screen.

Also I want to enable and use the WITH TEMPLATE, which is greyed out.

Any quick thoughts ?

Hi Jignesh,

Try to create one from:

Service operations - Document Templates it is available in search.

Now in the search hit Create button from search result toolbar.

Create document template and save it.

Check attachments in Change doc.
