Engineering Record Configuration Guide

Hello Everyone,

I am not able to find all the necessary configuration that need to set up a engineering record(Case Management) workflow in SAP.

Could you please share the configuration manual/guide, please ?

Hi,

Please check this config path and the IMG documentation for your reference.

SPRO->Logistics General->PLM-Case management->Set Process Route->Activate workflow.

Thank you for the quick response.

Actually, I am looking for entire configuration for Engineering Record(ER).

Besides following two configuration paths, Do I have to maintain configuration anywhere else ?

Logistics General -> PLM->Case Management

SAP Netweaver -> Application Server -> Basis Services -> Case Management

Hi Mohan,

you can see the customizing/configuration description always in transaction SPRO.

Navigate to Logistics - General - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - PLM Web User Interface - Objects in PLM Web UI - Engineering Record

Below you can find the customizing settings and if you click on the IMG Activity Documentation icon ("page icon with glasses") then you can find the whole description of the customizing actiity and some examples as well.
