CMES, scheduling, dispatching

hello:)

I need any information about CMES as far as external scheduling of operations in orders is concerned.

How can one schedule with CMES.

I found

pm_order_extern_book to do it, but I do not know if it is the right thing.

So any information about remote dispatching, scheduling and CMES is more than welcome.
