Notification for Partner creation after Supplier pre screening

Hi,

Is there any statndard notification sent when a business partner is created with the Role Vendor or Bidder after Pre-screening suppliers registered through SUS?

I have not tried this. I guess, Yes, ideally a notification should be sent.

Too many interlinkages in your question.

1) DO you mean pre-screen suppliers in ROS ?

2) Do you mean creation of vendor/bidder in EBP by transferring from ROS supplier directory ? Did you also create contact person ?

If yes to 2, then yes. There is a standard mail (or system gives a message that partner created and there will be an option to Email to partner) that can goto partner.

You should have configured outgoing emails and also given correct email id in partner master.

S. I meant the creation of vendor metnioned in ur 2nd point. I want to send a notification to a particular position.

How can we find out all the notifications used in SRM ?
