i have GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE run already, and below parameters filled in plug-in system:

1000

1001

1089

1090

Could you suggest, on this

Hello,

when you run FF LOG sync job, you can check the logs in SLG1, if session found or not,

as suggested earlier in target system, the RFC user should have access to S_TOOLS_EX auth object.

Dear Plaban,

depending on your SP level there are several notes for your issue. Please let us know and check the OSS notes.

e.g.

http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1696600

Also check parameters 4003 - 4006 as those are required to retrive log information. Let us know what you have configured.

The logs appear for GRC back-end, but not for a connector. Also, SM20/SM21 logs are not getting captured for FF id, on connector. Could you suggest, why this is happening
