SAP Won't Remember Entries

Hi All,

My older entries are saved in SAP so when I open the transaction again I can see history (see attachement ). I have many users where this option is not working we all have the same Netweaver Client and use the same options ( ALT + F12 , Local Data > History > On). I don't know what's wrong on the other clients... does they need specified rights on their desktop/ Laptop on a folder  ?  Can someone help me out of this issue ?

Where can i find this option "compression" in SAP GUI clients ?

Right click on an entry for your R/3 system in the GUI launchpad, then click on properties.  On the new window click the Network tab and at the bottom you will see a High Speed or Low Speed option.

If the options are grey'ed out on your end user's machine, then someone set a policy to prevent it from changing.

Did someone enable compression on the SAP GUI clients, this typically is the first check I go through.
