Hi,

I would like to analyze the content of SOFFCONT1 due very large space (120 GB). So I've already check several notes and I've already reun several report as described into this post:

but... so no large space is freed by reports.

How can I analyze the content of the tables? I would like to know something as:

number of email per year

number of fax per year

....

Have you got any idea?

Thank you.

You may want to use transaction SOADM and the maintenance reports there. Understanding how SAP Office documents are stored (where and how) can be quite challenging and it all comes down to your landscape configuration, the type of document and the configuration of the respective components (SAP Office, ArchiveLink, KPro, CMS, Content Server, etc.). Table SOOD is the most important table for SAP Office documents, you could start by analyzing it.

Hello,

You should be able to find all these information in transaction code SOST. Use appropriate filter and you should get all those information on email and fax.
