Stability process is possible in standard sap

Dear SAP,

I have a scenario in our organisation for stability study.
We have 3 type of stability 1)Long Term stability 2)Intermediate stability
3)Accelerated stability.

     Once the product get ready we start doing the stability study for that product.
Initially we do the test of Accelerated stability in which product get tested
for 1 month,2 month, 3 month, and so on .Simultaneously we start test for intermediate & long
term on same day. Only difference is that for first month lot get created
for accelerated in second month lot get generated for Accelerated &
Intermediate (means 2 Log will get generated) in third  month 3 lot get
generated for (Long Term stability 2)Intermediate stability 3)Accelerated stability).same
way the process will cont for 3yrs tll complete stability is done.

                Our requirement is that under one notification number should be able to capture
all inspection lots, with different identification for lot which created for
all three processes as shown in below table. So is it possible in standard SAP QM Stability? Have a
look ob below example which i explain in above process.

For below process the Notification Number will be common.so
that whole date for a single sample trace in one Notification no.

Can you not have different operations in the same inspection plan as Short Term, Intermediate and Long Term and assign respective characteristics?

You can have only one inspection lot.

Can you explain in brief how we can maintain different operation in the same inspection plan for Short Term, Intermediate and Long Term and assign respective characteristics.

How to map the inspection lot cycle ?for that so that above process can work? is it possible.Also can we indentify them in three parts.

Hi Asif,

In the Inspection, we can have different operations 0010,0020 and 0030 for Short Term, Intermediate and Long Term Inspection. Assign appropriate MICs in these operations. For example, Maintain all the MICs that you will measure at Long Term Inspection Time point in the operation for Long Term Inspection.

These operations can be called by maintaining appropriate 'Hierarchy' in the Strategy.

Hi Asif,

Another solution can be, you create 3 operations for the Short Term, Intermediate and Long Term inspections. These operations will have their own respective MICs.

In CWBQM, you can assign the Packages to these operations as per your requirement. For Example, the operation for Short Term Inspection will have packages for 1 month, 2 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months assigned to it.

I think Rahul Barjatya already gave you exact answer.

You can use the functionality of maintenance strategy, package and CWBQM for your requirement.

But you have very complex scenario to use standard SAP.

So I recommend few developed program and assign it to notification of stability study.
