Oracle Upgrade ( 9i To 10g )

Hello Gurus

While Oracle Upgrade from 9i To 10g, I am facing problem can anybody who has done upgrade help me to perform oracle upgrade

Details of My Server

O/S - Windows - 2003 Server (32 Bit )

Kernel Version - 640

Kernel Patch - 155

Oracle - 9.2.0.8

I am following the Database Upgrade Guide - Upgrade to Oracle

Database 10g Release 1 (10.1) on Windows

Succesfully Downloaded The Oracle Software & Patch

ORACLE RDBMS 10.2 Windows 1 of 5 51031678_1

ORACLE RDBMS 10.2 Windows 2 of 5 51031678_2

ORACLE RDBMS 10.2 Windows 3 of 5 51031678_3

ORACLE RDBMS 10.2 Windows 4 of 5 51031678_4

ORACLE RDBMS 10.2 Windows 5 of 5 51031678_5

& Patch File - 51031725_2

I am able to connect from database level but my dispatcher is not running ;

Can Anybody guide the whole procedure

it will be a great help !

a) plz use the correct upgrade guide...oracle 10.2!

b) which dispatcher do you mean? oracle listener? sap disp+work dispatcher?

the <b>oracle listener</b> can be started either:

-> through services

-> on os level using command prompt (listener control)

if it's the <b>disp+work dispatcher</b> you'll have to provide the relevant dev-traces (within the work directory...plz provide also at least dev_w0 - thx!)
