Cluster Configuration Issue while Initial Server Set-up

Hi,

Facing an issue while setting the CLM server during initial configuration. Here are the details:

• Version: Sourcing 9.0

• Issue: BASIS consultants maintained the Cluster, Context from the System portal during the initial server configuration. But in the Enterprise Portal and Buyer Portal, the cluster configuration is empty.

• Consequences: Master Data (those refers to system clusters) loads are getting failed when the workbook are being loaded from Enterprose Portal.

Any kind of lead/guidance will be very helpful.

Hi Alaap,

I suspect the new clusters created by your BASIS team is marked inactive. The cluster would have to be tied to a Directory Configuration and a Context.

I think it would be better to raise a message with SAP and provide screenshots of all the Cluster Configuration screens and Directory Configuration screens.

Hi Vikram,

Just checked the BASIS team, the clusters are active in the system.

Also I have raised an OSS message with the SAP and waiting for resolution from the SAP team.

Any other clue or lead would be helpful.
