2 products have been goods issued and the delivery is complete in R/3 but are still showing as Not Goods issued in APO.Please suggest.

I found out that the sales orders for those products were deleted from APO. would that be an issue?

Try running /SAPAPO/CCR to compare and refresh

This is now resolved as the sales orders were deleted.Backed up the sales orders and re-ran the process and it worked.

Could you please let me know which table did you refer to find out the status of an order i.e., whether the order line has been Goods Issued or not?
