Hello folks,
In Solution Manager (7.1 SP 12), while configuring ITSM:
Step 3.2: Setup Email Notification >> Adapt email Templates
When I click on "Open URL" I am having this error message:
Target link SRV-MF-SR?sap-client=100 is not available for role SOLMANPRO; adjust your favorites.
I'd appreciate your help with this.

Goto spro, and Define Navigation Role Profile
Goto Define Work Center Link Groups
Navigate to Group ID CT-ADM-CR
Click on Assign Links to Work Center Link Group
Add logical link ID SRV-MF-SR to the group
Save your entries
If you now navigate to Service Operations under the CRMUI you will see two new entries
Mail Forms under search and create, the link from the setup step still does not work, but you can get to the mail form config using these links
Please make sure you have the CRM role SOLMANPRO assigned to your user,

But actually I have those links in Service Operations, but I can not do anything from there.

I am able to create a new one from nothing.
But, as it is said in the link, I want to be able to adapt the existing ones.
I really find this authorization problem in the error message very confusing as I have checked the roles and authorizations and have found nothing at all.
There should be a solution for this to work. Did you face the same problem too?

Yes, there aren't any existing ones delivered to adapt it seems, if you look at the documentation of the config step you are trying to execute, link that says "Display" on the rightmost column
Then they supply some example html code there,
If you copy this code and create a new Mail Form, then there is a button on the left that changes the view from Design to Source
You can paste the code in there and change back to design, you can then change the example to suite your needs,
